My name is Justin Franks. I am a lighting designer, programmer, and master electrician based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. I specialize in concerts, live events, corporate events, and creative installations.

 

Ever since I attended my first concert I've always been fascinated with entertainment lighting. I started out working in the warehouse cleaning lights and figuring out how they work. I've kept that fascination and passion all the way till where I am now as a lighting designer and master electrician for concerts and large scale corporate events.

I mainly work with the GrandMA2 and GrandMA3 as a Lighting Designer/Programmer, Master Electrician, and Lighting Assist. I also design and Pre-Viz shows using Vectorworks.

 

I have worked with Cedric Gervais, Thomas Rhett, Clay Walker, Jay Leno, Terry Fator, and been lighting designer for Rock 'n' Roll Marathon 2024 and 2025, SEMAFest 2023, and the Aioka Formula 1 Party at The Cosmopolitan. I have also been lighting designer and master electrician for multiple large corporate events put on by companies including Pfizer, Astellas, BeiGene, and Alight.
